• Lessons must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
• Payments should be made prior to the lesson via bank transfer or other agreed methods.
• Cancellation policy: 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson without incurring a fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson time will be charged in full.
• All materials and resources provided during the lessons are for personal use only and should not be redistributed.
• Martin Koeppen reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
